This notice explains how Goldlabs.io (“Reselta,” “we,” or “us”) handles information submitted through the Reselta private-beta website and marketplace.
Information we collect
Brand applicants provide contact details, company and app information, advertising-spend and creative-volume ranges, measurement tools, timing, and workflow needs. Creator applicants provide contact details, location, languages, portfolio links, experience, categories, availability, and rate acknowledgments. Marketplace users may later provide briefs, communications, submissions, rights instructions, payment records, and performance data.
We also process limited technical data needed to operate and secure the service. Public forms use a one-way hash derived from IP address and email to enforce submission limits. When enabled, our analytics is configured for explicit product events without session recording or automatic page-element capture.
How we use information
We use information to evaluate beta applications, contact applicants, match creators and brands, operate campaigns, administer compensation and rights, measure the service, detect abuse, resolve disputes, comply with law, and protect Reselta and its users. We do not ask applicants to submit app-customer lists, device identifiers, bank credentials, tax identifiers, or government identification through public forms.
How we disclose information
We disclose information to service providers that host the application and database, deliver email, process payments, host video, or provide privacy-limited analytics, only as needed to provide those services. We may disclose information to professional advisers, authorities when legally required, a successor in a corporate transaction, or another marketplace participant when needed for a campaign. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
We generally retain unconverted application records for up to 24 months after the last interaction, then delete or de-identify them unless a longer period is needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, or an active business relationship. Campaign, payment, tax, rights, and audit records may require longer retention. We use access controls, row-level database policies, encrypted transport, restricted provider credentials, and audit records, but no online system is risk-free.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of non-essential communications. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply, including appeal rights. We will verify requests before acting and may retain records that law or legitimate dispute-prevention needs require.
Eligibility, changes, and contact
The private beta is intended for adults in the United States and is not directed to anyone under 18. We may update this notice and will revise the effective date when changes are material.
