Beta site terms.

These terms govern use of the Reselta website and private-beta application process operated by Goldlabs.io. A campaign, assignment, compensation schedule, license, order form, or managed-service engagement requires separate written terms. If those specific terms conflict with these site terms, the specific terms control.

Eligibility and beta access

You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and provide accurate information. Applying does not guarantee marketplace access, a creator commission, a brand pilot, exclusivity, or earnings. We may limit, suspend, or end beta access to protect participants or the service.

No speculative application work

A creator waitlist application uses existing portfolio work. Reselta does not require custom finished content before a creator accepts an exact assignment offer. Each offer states its creator-specific content and optional license compensation. Applying, accepting an offer, filming, or submitting alone does not earn payment. Compensation becomes payable only after the applicable brand charge succeeds and remains subject to the assignment’s disclosed payout hold and dispute rules. Any license, revision, posting obligation, or payment timing is governed only by the accepted assignment terms.

User responsibilities

You may submit only information and materials you have the right to use. You must not impersonate others, manipulate traffic or attribution, make self-purchases to earn compensation, steal content, introduce malware, scrape restricted data, bypass access controls, or use Reselta for unlawful or deceptive activity. Brands must provide substantiation and prohibited-claim guidance. Creators must follow the approved brief and make required endorsement disclosures. Neither participant may direct the other to make false, unsubstantiated, or illegal claims.

Intellectual property and publicity

You keep ownership of materials you submit except for the limited rights expressly granted in accepted campaign terms. A portfolio submission gives Reselta a limited right to host, review, and display it internally for evaluation. No paid-media use, creator-identity use, organic brand use, raw-footage use, exclusivity, sublicensing, or renewal is granted by joining a waitlist. Campaign-specific licenses must identify scope, channels, territory, duration, compensation, and expiration.

Service limitations

The beta may change, contain defects, or be interrupted. Reselta does not guarantee campaign performance, platform availability, creator selection, ad approval, creator earnings, or a particular financial result. Public design-partner applications are not purchases or registrations. No campaign prefunding is collected, and Reselta does not guarantee creator payment when a brand charge fails.

Enforcement and contact

We may investigate suspected fraud, unsafe claims, rights violations, or payment abuse; preserve relevant evidence; pause affected activity; and cooperate with providers or authorities as permitted by law. These terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived. To the extent permitted by law, these site terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
